AuditXP is the audit and compliance software of CGE Risk Management Solutions, which uses the same software framework as BowTieXP. The tool was developed to close the “Plan-Do-Check” (Deming cycle) circle. After defining the barriers in the safety management system (Plan phase) and implementing them (Do phase), AuditXP is used to verify and monitor the quality and effectiveness of the barriers.
Audits can be compiled and surveys can be composed in the software to assess the effective functioning of the barriers. By importing the surveys compiled into the software, the results can be easily displayed on the bow-tie, showing which barriers work well and which work badly.
