Process Safety Integrity (PSI) is based on David Hatch’s thirty years of practical experience and applied knowledge.
David Hatch has held roles of responsibility from conceptual/detail design, through construction/commissioning to operation, modification, optimisation and control in a wide range of process activities for high-value clients and high-risk companies. He is an engineer and process safety expert at IChemE as well as an accredited functional safety specialist and has contributed to the development of international alarm management standards.
TECSA S.r.l. collaborates with PSI, a company with which it shares the extensive use of a series of “barrier-based” risk analysis methodologies including Bow-Tie, Barrier Failure Analysis, Tripod Beta.
