For a new project involving a hydrogen production, storage, and refueling facility for fuel cell-powered vehicles, a study was conducted to determine accident events, estimate frequencies of occurrence, and their consequences using a dispatch-type QRA analysis. The study required the use of the HyRAM+ toolkit, which integrates publicly available data and models relevant to assessing safety in the use, delivery, and storage infrastructure of hydrogen and other alternative fuels (e.g., methane and propane).
