The purpose of the assignment was the application of the Bow-Tie risk analysis method to the contents of the Safety and Coordination Plan for a construction site of considerable size and with complex workings in order to structurally identify any logistical and safety criticalities taking into account the already elaborated work schedule.
Through the development of a functional interference analysis, it was possible to both critically evaluate existing control measures and highlight opportunities for improvement.
