The project involves the expansion of the production department through the installation of a second line to meet new market demands. The department has a valid IPC, so the project constitutes a variant on what was previously authorised.
Two “subject activities” as per Presidential Decree 151/2011 (Activity 45.2.C and 10.2.C) fall within the area.
The fire risk assessment and the description of the fire prevention and protection measures implemented to reduce the risks were carried out through the application of Ministerial Decree 03/08/2015 and subsequent amendments and supplements extended to the entire compartment under examination.
For the compartment, compliance with all the Fire Protection Strategies as per Ministerial Decree 03/08/2015 as amended and supplemented was ascertained.
