Document drawn up on behalf of the Port Authority of Venice in compliance with D,M, 293 of 16/05/2001 in order to analyse the risk of a major accident in the Port of Cagliari
The study carried out a recomposition of the risk in the port area related to the handling of dangerous goods within the Port, addressing specific issues such as:
- estimation of collision frequencies at sea
- estimation of the consequences of accidental effects following collision
- estimation of the consequences of accidental effects following a release with initiation
