TECSA S.r.l. is now equipped with the new CadnaA calculation code. CadnaA (Computer Aided Noise Abatement) is the leading software for calculating, presenting, evaluating and forecasting environmental noise in industrial and civil environments. It is used to model point and area sources, allowing 3D visualization, the generation of horizontal, vertical and faceted maps. It also allows the calculation of façade sound emissions from internal values, allowing the directivity of 3D sources.
Through the use of CadnaA it is possible:
- To check that the sound pressure level coming from new equipment, for example, meets the limits set by national and local laws in force at the system boundary and at the surrounding receptors;
- To check that the sound pressure level inside a factory meets the limits imposed by the applicable national and local laws, identifying the presence of restricted areas where necessary;
- Where necessary, to suggest the adoption of adequate preventive and/or mitigative solutions to meet the limits imposed by applicable national and local laws and for the protection of workers during the operational phases.
